Coordinated Support for a Homeless Vietnam-Era Veteran

The North VVFS team supported a Vietnam-era Army veteran facing homelessness, behavioral health concerns, and immediate humanitarian needs. Along with connecting him to behavioral health resources, the team used VSF funds for a short hotel stay during his transition from shelter to permanent housing and helped coordinate additional support for clothing and storage.
