$2.1 Million Awarded to Strengthen Veteran Suicide Prevention Efforts Across Virginia

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs has awarded $2.1 million to organizations serving Virginia veterans as part of ongoing efforts to prevent veteran suicide. The funding will support community-based programs focused on outreach, mental health resources, crisis prevention and connecting veterans and their families with needed services.
