Veterans using the Fredericksburg Veterans Affairs Health Care Center say they are pleased with the quality of care they receive but continue to face challenges with long appointment waits and cancellations. During a recent veterans roundtable, concerns were also raised about ongoing staffing shortages at the facility and their impact on timely access to services.
